Grains and Things Porridge

Vegetarian-Vegan Friendly Breakfast is my most important meal so I try to include as much good for me things as I can all at once. I'm having this for breakfast this morning and it is yummy The ingredients are all organic.

Grains and Things Porridge

3 cups water
1/2 cup polenta
1/2 cup whole oats
1 small apple chopped
1 Tab. raisins
1 Tab. coconut
2 Tab.chopped pecans
dash of sea salt

Place all ingredients in a med. size pan and bring to a boil stirring
constantly. Reduce heat and continue cooking for apx. 10 min.
You can add soy or rice milk to make it your preferred consistency.
