Stuffed Tomatoes

Servings : 6 people
Cooking time : 30 minutes

Ingredient :

250 Grams tomatoes (medium size)
2 Potatoes (boiled, mashed)
2 Onions (grated)
2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
1 Teaspoon red chilli powder
2 Teaspoons dry coriander powder
½ Teaspoon garam masala
2 Tablespoon oil
½ Teaspoon cumin seeds
1 Tablespoon cottage cheese (grated)
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste


Method:
Remove the pupl of the tomatoes. Do not throw the pulp.
In a separate vessel, mix potatoes, green chillies, salt and garam Masala.

Fill this in the tomatoes.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds start spluttering, fry onions in it and add red chilli powder, dry coriander powder, tomato pulp and a little salt.

Place the tomatoes in the gravy and give it a boil.Serve hot garnished with cottage cheese and fresh coriander.
